Teamspeak 2 voice server, on-line

Altough I was planning our voice server to be Ventrilo-based, things did not go as planned, so we will rely on a free Teamspeak service, for the moment.

Tough days

I understand that you might think we've been lazy in this period, but it's just that these are tough days, with high temperatures and all!

I will be posting more chronicles and a few images I've captured as of lately.

As a side note: AMS + CE + Medium assault + AV = footsoldiers fundamentals

Wise Fighter's Vademecum

Seeing that this planetside game guide counts six chapters now, I feel compelled to publish it in a readable manner, in this issue:

Part One, basics

New poll

Quite surprisingly, a good percentage of people who voted on the command issue showed that there's still faith in cr5s, which is a good thing!

The new poll should give us some insight in what's going on on the battlefield, equipment related.

28/05 Restoration aftermath

These last days were pretty interesting, since they allowed an unknown face of the Vanu Sovereignty to surface: a faction which will keep up the fight, despite overwhelming odds.

We can easily say that the first part of the 3 year anniversary event was successful; progressively depriving the empires of their vehicles was an idea liked by most people.

But the restoration... well... it could have been done better, perhaps, because the gameplay which was introduced got boring, quite fast, and produced a sense of duty rather than of accomplishment.
In a few words, Vanu were FORCED to roll over the event, and most times, it was not fun!

25/05 event progress, or lack of it

The event proved to be a nice innovation, and a great chance to give the new players some real insight in the fundamentals of the battlefield, by depriving all factions of their attack vehicles

Now it's the moment of restoration, and every empire must attain captures and cave locks to recuperate their vehicles.

We aren't doing good apparently, but let's try to do our best.
